ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Insurance Account Representative for Mike Trujillo Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Must have Life & Health Insurance License (or in process of obtaining)
- Must have at least 3 years' consistent experience in the Insurance Industry
- State Farm experience preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Punctual & Reliable
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Dedicated to customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation $47,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
